In 2007, CESARE A.X. SYJUCO formed 'The Electric Underground Collective' -- a congregation of artists collaborating on the sole purpose of bringing performance art, Spoken Word Poetry and experimental music to venues beyond the conventional. Is There Anything Alive?”) from his award-winning album/book, “A Sudden Rush of Genius”.
